Basmati Rice chickpeas, spices and sweet potato Aromatic rice teams with soft chickpeas, genuine Garam Masala spice mix and a touch of sweetness from sweet potato for the basis of an Indian-style meal. Goes beautifully with meat, vegetables or tofu in a Korma or Dhansak sauce.

Bulghur wheat red pepper and black olives For an experience of Turkish cuisine try our combination of nutty bulghur, sweet red pepper, intense black olives, herbs and real Turkish chilli flakes. Brilliant with barbecue foods or as the base for a salad with chopped fresh tomatoes, chopped fresh parsley and tuna.

Pearled Spelt mushrooms and leek Nutty-tasting pearled spelt is a kind of wheat with a grain that’s firm to the bite when cooked. It has a natural affinity with mushrooms so we’ve used a blend including real, flavoursome porcini balanced with the natural sweetness of green and white leek.


Wholemeal Couscous pumpkin and seeds This natural couscous has a fuller flavour than the yellow, refined version. We’ve put together a classically Middle Eastern combination to show it off at its best with sweet pumpkin, crunchy seeds and lemony Lebanese za’atar spice.
